Stephen Sarrouf is a Masters graduate of Entrepreneurial studies from Northeastern University, with an undergraduate degree in management and entrepreneurship from UMass Lowell. He has specialized and studied in new business management.

As a Lebanese-American he grew up with food being a central part of his culture and life.

“Some of my favorite memories were at a table eating mediterranean food with family and friends. As I got older, I started to realize how difficult it was to find grab-and-go food that was as tasteful, vibrant, and healthy.”

He now strives to curate food that brings friends and family together the way it did for his family. The physical space of the cafe was also a very important aspect for Stephen.

“We’re creating a welcoming and calming environment for people to sit and relax while eating. This will be a spot you won't want to leave and can’t wait to come back.”
